Ereshkigal is the Sumerian goddess of the dead, the queen of the Underworld.
 Astolpho is one of the best knights of Charlemagne, King of the Franks. Their worlds couldn't be farther apart.

And yet, when Astolpho wanders into Hell, it's on her lands that he ends up.
